If we can get  77,000 people to donate $1 we will have the funds necessary to fund our electrical system.

If we can get 9500 people to donate $10.00 we will have the funds necessary to complete the masonry work needed on the building.

If we can get 1200 people to donate $100 we will have enough funds to repair the HVAC system.

If we can get 70 people to donate $1000 we can complete the plumbing on the building.

If we can get 75 people to invest $10,000 each we can raise enough money to secure a $750,000 loan guarantee and qualify for a loan to complete the building repairs.
